Mission, Meetings and Membership:
Mission Statement: To provide a meeting place to learn and discuss gardening in the rigorous high country of the Chinook zone and to encourage the importance of horticulture education as well as community and environmental responsibility for future generations.
Meetings: Meetings with speakers are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month from September to May, 7 p.m. at the Anglican Christ Church house on Highway 549. No formal meetings are held during the summer although we do have special events such as garden tours, etc. Please see the Program and Events page for information.
Membership:
Your membership to the Millarville Horticultural Club provides discounts at the following businesses for savings on most, but not all, items:
Cost and Details of Membership: $15.00/single or $20.00/family, valid November to November which coincides with our Annual General Meeting. If you would like to join the club, you are welcome either to attend the next meeting and pay at that time or you can e-transfer your dues to millarvillehorticulturalclub@gmail.com NOTE: If paying by e-transfer, please include your full name and mailing address in the notes section so a membership card can be mailed to you.
